We conducted the activity in a lake named Gavier . Every year in that lake , aquatic vegetation mostly weeds are grown on top of the lake which damages and harms the setting of the lake . It is mandatory for at least 50% of the water to be open so that wildlife are able to interact with each other . Due to this reason , human interference is necessary and that’s why we ( Group of 8 People ) conducted the activity which would reduce the quantity of aquatic vegetation which will lead to a healthy interaction between wildlife . By these techniques we are able to increase the beauty of gavier lake . The Goals were obviously to perform an activity which would decrease the aquatic vegetation also cause no harm to any external factors .

Learning Outcome 2:-

The Activity that we performed was very challenging as it was the first time I had conducted such a one . The challenging part was putting the effort which was being directly involved with environmental . I’m not that comfortable with being directly in contact with wildlife which is the basic reason of such a task being challenging and difficult . The technique which I used to overcome such a challenge was just by learning how to perform the activity very carefully and not causing any damage to my health . After performing the activity I was delighted to have found out that I could complete such an accomplishment . The importance of such activities is that prepares you for the similar situations in the future . I discovered another set of skills which developed in the process . There were times where I couldn’t perform the action but after a certain point I was able to perform it , the name of the skill is “ Patience “ . This skill helps in the making of a successful human as it makes them more calm and focused . This skill makes me feel more developed and also more ready for the future .

Learning Outcome 4:-

Every project , no matter how big or small requires a certain amount of commitment . There were specific components of the activity that made it difficult it to commit to like waking up early on holidays , teaching any new-comer who joined the activity and most importantly accepting each others flaws in the activity. The activity that we conduct is a absolute process starting from needing people to row the boat till assembling the weed in proper place before leaving . One mistake leads to a massive amount of time consumption that’s why one’s commitment is necessary for such a process. It’s not easy for me to show commitment but when I know when the means and purpose were right , my absolute determination for the subject is full-throttle. It is very important to show commitment , the main reason behind this is that it shows belief in your team and especially yourself. It shows that you wont lie to yourself and find a short-cut. Thats why its vital and highly important.

Learning Outcome 5:-

Cooperation is a technique which is very essential in the success of a activity. As always working with different people is difficult due to the reason that there are different perspectives and different methods of working . The task of working with some different people was difficult , but working with the same people was that much easier. Working with others is not difficult but sometimes is when the perspectives are in opposite directions . I worked with some difficult perspectives, but I was able to cooperate because we listened to each other’s thoughts and came to basic solution. Every member is vital to the activity and so the cooperation is extremely essential , the reason behind this is that when team can cooperate better it can produce at its optimum best . The importance of cooperation in our activity , is when we cooperate together we can reduce the maximum aquatic vegetation but if we don’t the we can harm the external factors . Although the importance of cooperation is vital , leadership is equally that much important. Without leadership a team may be able to work , but not work at its optimum best . Leadership helps a team to move in the right direction and way .

Helping the environment is always a joy and so after conducting such a activity what I can take away is that one small effort can make such a big difference to other factors . I hope to conduct similar activities in the future so that I can make a bigger and better impact to mother nature

As an entirely environmental activity , I and number of friends chose to conduct an activity which would benefit the environment .
