<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"As a part of a school activity, I taught football to the underprivileged children. The football team of teaching was of 3 students. I led the teaching team and assigned tasks to my juniors.W e had six teaching sessions of 2 hrs each. We started with the basic rules of the game then moving on to football techniques and tactics and for the last 2 sessions, we made the students get into teams and play against each other. It was a such a great and fabulous experience due to the reason I achieved my aim of sharing my love of football with the underprivileged children so that they could play without any assistance. Also that not many resources were required to play once they learned the sport.<\/p>\n

LO3:- \u00a0For this activity I was pretty organized because I planned the activities and drills I wanted to conduct with these kids. I am normally not an organized person but due to the reason that this was a important priority for me , I scheduled it a week before and consulted with my teammates regarding the same. The planning part was quite difficult as it required more of thinking and consultation with my seniors and my teammates. The initiation part was much easier as it required less of thinking and consultations. In throughout the activity I did not discover any new skills but I improved on my skill of \u00a8leadership\u00a8 as I was the leader throughout the activity. Now that I have experience in planning and initiating , it will be much easier to now conduct such activities as I have the knowledge about how such activities. It’s important to know how to plan activities as it helps you in the future.<\/p>\n
LO4:- \u00a0\u00a0Every project, no matter how big or small requires a certain amount of commitment. There were specific components of the activity which made it difficult to commit and perceive. Components such as coming on Sundays to school for the activities . Also rectifying our co-workers and testing our patience with the peers was one of the main components we had to commit to.The type of commitment needed for such an action is an effective and team-coordinated commitment which means the individual desire and the team desire to achieve success. \u00a0It\u2019s not easy for me to show commitment but when I know when the means and purpose were right, my absolute determination for the subject is full-throttle. It is very important to show commitment, the main reason behind this is that it shows belief in your team and especially yourself. It shows that you won\u2019t lie to yourself and find a short-cut. That\u2019s why it\u2019s vital and highly important.<\/p>\n

LO6:-<\/p>\n
Children not getting opportunities to show their skills and what they have interest in is a very major problem on this globe. The issue is that even after the world advancing so much such problems have not been solved. Such an issue is important globally because not giving children opportunities will cause unemployment in the future. Knowing about such issues helps me feel more aware about what’s going on in the world . It contributes to my personal growth by quite a large extent. Such activities make me feel that I’m making a difference in the world that also in a positive way. My work in this CAS Activity makes me feel much more confident and helps me feel that I’m trying my best to demolish such an issue. Achieving our goal despite doubts and insecurities, brought me a sense of accomplishment<\/p>\n

LO7:-<\/p>\n
There weren’t any ethical issues involved in the activity however in some countries allowing girls to play sports or undertake artistic activities is considered unethical. Such ethical issues do affect my way of thinking as I think women are much as capable as men and should be given an equal opportunity. Such an issue makes me feel a bit furious because I don’t find the logic behind not giving girls such opportunities. My opinion before the activity was quite similar however after conducting such an activity my opinion has become stronger.<\/p>\n
