Hi, i\u2019m Kunj. CAS has been a crucial component of my IB diploma studies. It teaches us how to identify your skills and more importantly, it teaches you how to improve those specific skills. This makes CAS a very interesting and fun part of my own IB process.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n I feel like my talents are based around sports. I like to play whenever I can and I usually go for football and sometimes i\u2019ll play volleyball and basketball. Some people think that I am a good listener and this makes me a good friend because I know how to solve problems just by listening to problems.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n I enjoy assisting my teammates and motivating people around me, whether it be in my team or my friends off the pitch. I also really enjoy trying to improve myself everyday by working out, or learning some new facts everyday.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n I want to be able to lead my team more, because sometimes I have ideas that can win us a game or sometimes it can help my friends but I choose not to say it. This frustrates me but nowadays I have become more and more expressive of my ideas and this is something that CAS has helped me in.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n I like to be involved in team activities, I feel like when people work together in a team it is very proactive and overall helps the motive of the group. Working alone restricts ideas and thus productivity. I would also like to be more involved in extra-classes for school because I feel like I need to match the enthusiasm I have for sports to studies.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Life is something that is like time; you have it in your hands for one second and the other it can slip away. This analogy has taught me about how I can be more active and take care of more people around me, even if I don\u2019t know them. CAS teaches us to be creative, active, and to be of service. It is the perfect acronym to take further into each and everyone\u2019s lives because it teaches us about what life should be about.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n I am most concerned about the environment and the population of the world. We are running out of time on this planet and if we don\u2019t improve soon then it could have deadly repercussions. People need to stand united and find new creative ways to help out world, just as in how CAS teaches us.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n I would like to learn more about how to make the decisions that affect the people around me. Sometimes I make decisions that hurt the people around me, and this is something that I want to learn more about because it can help me specifically.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n I have always wanted to be the person that makes a difference to the world, even if it isn\u2019t the entire world, the entire group of people around me. Helping people is something that I love and it is something that I have always done, but the one thing that I haven\u2019t tried as of yet is actually taking the small steps towards helping our world.
