I was overweight at the beginning of the year as I was being inconsistent with my exercise and so I committed to start gyming on a daily basis so that I could regain my figure again and rebuild a strong abdomen and core.
The process that I took on was basically to go to the gym 6 days a week and workout for a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 1 and a half hours a day. Each day would have ad different body part of focus and I would exercise on the basis of the body part that I want to train.
I go to golds gym at 5 o’clock everyday, my target is to burn 1100 calories every single day for that I need to work more upon cardio and upper-body,this excessive will lead to a better body shape and will reduce fat in my body.
- Commitment and Perseverance:
Being persistent requires a recognition that achieving a goal may require some behaviors that are hard and seemingly unrewarding at first, but that’s not a reason to quit.First, it’s important to understand exactly why it’s worth it to fully commit to your workouts. Only engaging in a specific workout once a week doesn’t allow your body to become accustomed to the stress and adapt. At first, the activity seemed to stress me.It was very difficult for me to take time from my studies and dedicate almost one hour daily to the gym or to get up and go to the gym on weekends.
- Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills:I am the type of person who likes to eat anything and everything, and it was very difficult for me to restrict myself to a fixed diet. Secondly, the activities in the gym were very difficult. It had been a long time since I had stepped into a gym so it was difficult for me to start over and do such exercises. Also, my endurance and stamina were very less, so I used to get tired very easily. But I worked on it and increased my stamina to a certain extent and accomplished this challenge.
